The night’s musical centre arrives at 22:00 on the rooftop: Bubbling Night with Tsunamy, prvne, Laryssa Kim and NMSS runs until 05:00. Beursschouwburg frames the booking through a FLINTA perspective and through bubbling’s intertwined styles, cultures and artistic lineages. Bubbling supplies Friday’s historical charge. It later flourished through Latin and Afro-diasporic communities in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague. The wider Opening Weekend turns Beursschouwburg’s street into a Car-Free Sunday programme from 11:00 to 18:00, with brunch, workshops, screenings and a street party. Susonidos Block Party begins at 14:00 and is free. Its sequence is direct: a salsa warm-up at 14:00, El Nicoya at 15:00, Solsi at 16:00 and Susobrino at 17:00. Susonidos, founded by Susobrino, is presented as both a label and event series connecting Latin American artists with European audiences, with releases and parties drawing on salsa, cumbia and reggaeton among other forms. The daytime format carries that purpose into public space: a place to listen, dance, share and learn.[1][3]

The Sunday bill has enough detail to reward an early arrival. El Nicoya, a Nicaraguan vinyl DJ based in Brussels, opens with a selection that can move through zouk, psy-rock, funaná and tropical sounds. Solsi brings a Latin electronic perspective informed by roots in Peru and Argentina and her current base in Barcelona, with baile funk, guaracha, tribal and cumbia named among the expected directions. Susobrino, born in Bolivia and based in Brussels, closes the sequence; his work combines acoustic and electronic elements and is shaped by ongoing musical connections across Latin America. The result is a concise four-hour programme with a genuine internal journey, from warm-up steps through records and club-informed bass to Susobrino’s closing set.[3]

Practical route: head to Beursschouwburg on Friday 18 September for the 18:00 opening programme or arrive for Bubbling Night at 22:00; the rooftop event lists early-entry presale tickets at €12 and door entry at €15.
